RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at care@thekitchenfactory.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The Item with its Bill / Invoice / Retail invoice, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
     ●     Gift cards
     ●     Downloadable software products
     ●     Some health and personal care items
     ●     What items cannot be returned?

Please Note
     ●     Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. Refund requests cannot be approved after more than 3 days have passed since your purchase without you informing us about the same. We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange if you fail to inform us about the refund request after the this 3 day period expires.
     ●     To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
     ●     Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
     ●     Additional non-returnable items: (1) Gift cards (2) Downloadable software products (3) Some health and personal care items
     ●     To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
     ●      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
     ●     There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (1) Book with obvious signs of use. (2) CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. (3) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (4) Any item that is returned more than 3 days after accepting delivery.
     ●     If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 7 to 15 working days.
     ●     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
     ●      Late or missing refunds- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@thekitchenfactory.in
     ●     We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@thekitchenfactory.in and send your item/s to: C-66 Anand Niketan, Delhi-110021, India
     ●     Gifts - If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
     ●     Shipping Returns - To return your product, you should mail your product to: C-66 Anand Niketan, Delhi-110021, India You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In some special cases we do provide 100% or partial reimbursement for shipping charges.
     ●     Goods Damaged in transit other than on returns will be refunded in full by us, but not exceeding the amount of Rs. 50000 in any case, as its expected that in this case the client himself insures or pays us to insure the shipping package if its value exceeds Rs. 50000. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
     ●     Return & Replacement Policy- Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem. Prior to returning any items, please contact the Customer Service Department for prior approval. We will do our best to fulfill requests to return material. Returns accepted for items ordered should be initiated within 3 days from product delivery. The returned goods will be compensated with fresh goods within 2 to 7 working days. if found out that the mistake was made by our team then we shall be liable for the same. In this case we can either replace, refund in full to source/online wallet or exchange. A prior return approval with our customer care team is mandatory in any case.
     ●     Cancellation Policy- Cancellation is not possible once the order is packed for dispatch. However, if the order is not packed & the order is cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, the transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 7 to 14 working days or credited to your ‘The Kitchen Factory Wallet’ immediately for you to use any time in the future.
     ●     Delivery Schedules / Timelines and Shipping Returns- For exact Order Delivery Dates please check your order info in your account which has a live tracking button. If based in Delhi NCR we may deliver it either same day or next day.. Shipping returns To return your product, you should mail your product to: {thekitchen.factory08@gmail.com}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To summarize, customers having their shipping addresses within Delhi Ncr will recieve their order shipment either on same day or maximum 3 days & such deliveries shall be fulfilled & managed by our in-house delivery team. For customers having their shipping addresses outside Delhi Ncr, will recieve their shipment in minimum 3 days to max 14 days & such deliveries shall be fulfilled & managed by third party courrier service providers with tracking facilities.
