When dryness and sensitivity linger, Ayurveda sees this as a sign of low Ojas — the skin’s protective intelligence. Without sufficient Ojas, the skin struggles to buffer everyday stress, environmental exposure, and even well-intentioned skincare actives. This is why skin that once tolerated everything can suddenly begin reacting to almost anything.
