- All our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural and Ayurvedic ingredients. Variations in colour, texture, or fragrance are normal and do not affect product quality.
- We recommend conducting a patch test before using any product, as individual skin sensitivities may vary.
2. Usage Guidelines
- Our products are for external use only unless otherwise stated. Please follow the instructions provided on the product labels.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional if needed.
3. Order Placement
- Orders can be placed through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. – please ask if this functionality is there on our website
- Kindly double-check your contact details and shipping address when placing an order to avoid delays.
4. Payments
- We accept payments via (debit/credit cards, UPI, bank transfers).
- Payments must be completed at checkout to process your order.
6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds - Domestic Order only
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please whatsapp/email us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the issue.

7. Cancellations, Additions, or Modifications to Your Order - Domestic Order only
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 8 hours of placement by sending us a WhatsApp message with all your details on the number mentioned above. After this period, cancellations or changes may not be possible due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Additionally, as a small homegrown brand, we lack the infrastructure to accommodate frequent logistical adjustments.
- If you'd like to add more products to your existing order, please place a separate new order.
- In case of any issues with your order, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
